I would like to give comment on the service I received at Nev Kane Real Estate, Yandina. I found Mark to be most helpful from the very first phone call. He explained the exclusive agency benefits associated with selling my house through Nev Kane Real Estate, eg the in-house photography, full window displays at Cooroy and Yandina, 12 Internet placements along with a placement in an in-house magazine, paid Google advertisement, after hours customer service and the For Sale sign being placed at the entrance of my property. I was impressed with the exclusive agency benefits offered.

Mark kept me informed at all times via phone calls and/or text messages from the first party who showed interest to the final buyers of the property and placing the Under Contract strip on the For Sale sign. He then explained what would happen from this point on, eg the contract being conditional to a certain date and once that date has passed and the buyer was still interested, the contract processing to unconditional and then the final sale date. I found all the information emailed or given to me was in clear terms that I could understand as I had never sold property before and he did not mind how many questions I put to him.
